The Chariton Valley Electric Cooperative Board of Director holds its regular monthly meetings on the 4th Thursday of each month, typically starting at 5:00 PM.

  • Contact Individual Board Members
    Members may contact individual Board members via email. Their email addresses are available on the Director and Bios page.

  • Request to Appear Before the Board
    Members who wish to address the Board during a regularly scheduled meeting may do so by requesting permission to attend or by invitation from the Board. To request attendance, please review the "Attendance and Participation in Membership and Board Meetings" policy and complete the "Application to Attend Board Meeting" form.
