Your Annual Meeting Packet & Voting

In July, each member will receive an official notice of the annual meeting and a ballot sent to the address on file. The format of the annual meeting—whether in-person, drive-through, or virtual—will dictate the available voting options:

• In-person meetings: Members may vote by mail or in person at the event.

• Drive-through meetings: Members may vote by mail or drop off their completed ballot during the event.

• Virtual meetings: Members may vote by mail only.

We strongly encourage your attendance at the annual meeting to vote for directors, review important reports and engage with the leadership of your cooperative. Your involvement is crucial to the success of our cooperative.

Mark your calendars! Our cooperative's annual meeting is a cherished tradition, always held on the first Monday in August. Based on feedback gathered through the survey included on the back of the ballot during last year's annual meeting, this year's meeting will once again follow a drive-through format, ensuring convenience and accessibility for all members.

Members will receive all the details, including times and the location of the event, in their annual meeting packet, which will arrive in July.
