Chariton Valley Electric Cooperative, Inc. Announces Resignation of CEO/General Manager Leilani Todd

The Board of Directors at Chariton Valley Electric Cooperative, Inc. announces that Leilani Todd has resigned as general manager and CEO, effective February 20, 2023. We appreciate her two-and-a-half years of service to the cooperative and wish her well.

Troy Amoss, manager of operations, will serve as the co-op’s interim general manager in the short term. We thank our cooperative employees for taking the initiative to continue providing excellent service to our members as we transition to new leadership.
